A case that fits your scope and your work bag

Compare caseling, BOVKE and LTGEM stethoscope cases by internal size, bag footprint and accessory storage. All three listings are for the case only.

If you read one thing

Measure your scope and bag before choosing a case. caseling publishes a useful interior size; BOVKE is the lower-priced alternative with a slightly deeper stated interior. LTGEM has a larger exterior but no verified interior measurement here.

The picks, in detail

The reasoning behind each rank — the numbers live in the table above.

caseling Hard Stethoscope Case

#1 · caseling Hard Stethoscope Case

The caseling is our first case to measure against your bag because it publishes both internal and external dimensions. The EVA shell and mesh pocket make it a straightforward way to separate a scope from loose items in a tote. The stated internal depth is 1.8 inches, so be realistic about adding shears or a penlight above a coiled tube.

✓ Published internal and external measurements help check fit
✗ 1.8-inch internal depth limits stacked accessories

Case only. Check scope and bag dimensions; splash-resistance language does not establish disinfection compatibility or waterproof protection.

BOVKE Stethoscope Case White Rosegold

#2 · BOVKE Stethoscope Case White Rosegold

BOVKE is the value choice if its measurements fit your equipment. The linked White Rosegold case offers a soft lining, mesh accessory pocket and double zipper, and its listed interior is a little deeper than the caseling. That does not guarantee that a loaded kit will close: a thick chestpiece plus items in the lid can consume the available space.

✓ Lower checked price with published interior measurements
✗ Soft lining is another surface that needs care

Case only, from BOVKE. Confirm the exact scope fit and approved cleaning method; do not treat the water-resistance claim as waterproofing.

LTGEM Stethoscope Case Black

#3 · LTGEM Stethoscope Case Black

LTGEM is worth considering when your bag has room for a wider case. At 11.1 by 4.7 by 2.8 inches externally, it takes more space than the caseling and BOVKE cases here. The handle, wrist strap and soft lining suit someone who carries the case separately between classes or placements.

✓ Handle and wrist strap for carrying separately
✗ Largest external footprint of these three cases

Case only. Check interior fit with the seller if you use an electronic attachment or unusual chestpiece; listed exterior size is not usable storage size.

What to look for

Measure the storage space, not the product photograph

A case can be too big for your tote and still too small for your loaded scope. External dimensions answer the first question; internal dimensions answer the second. Put your scope into a relaxed coil, keeping the chestpiece and eartips from being forced against the zipper path, and compare that shape with the usable space. Avoid sharply bending tubing just to make a purchase fit.

The caseling and BOVKE listings publish interior measurements. LTGEM publishes an exterior footprint, so we leave interior size as “Not stated” rather than subtracting a guessed wall thickness. If your setup includes an electronic attachment, bulky identification tag or unusual chestpiece, ask the seller about that exact setup.

Decide what belongs in the lid

A mesh pocket is useful for small accessories, but it does not create unlimited depth. Check the closed case with everything in place, not just the scope lying in the bottom. A pair of shears pushing down onto a tube or chestpiece is a reason to move that item to a different compartment. Keep sharp items secured and follow the instrument's handling instructions.

If your actual problem is a whole bag full of loose supplies, compare nursing bags and work totes before buying several nested cases. If you need tools immediately accessible during work, a pocket organizer solves a different problem from zippered transport storage.

Compatibility is not endorsement

These cases are made by caseling, BOVKE and LTGEM. A listing saying “for Littmann” describes a seller's compatibility claim, not Littmann manufacture or endorsement. All three are case-only purchases. The stethoscopes and tools shown in some listing images are not automatically included.

For an ordinary acoustic scope, the stated model list is a useful first check. It does not replace measuring the configuration you actually carry. For a new scope purchase, begin with our stethoscope comparison, then choose storage around it.

Cleaning claims need separate scrutiny

A splash-resistant shell is not necessarily waterproof, and a soft inner lining is not necessarily compatible with your facility's disinfectant. Follow both the scope and case instructions. Do not put a wet instrument into a closed case, and do not treat the case as a sterilization container. If your work requires a particular cleaning protocol that the seller cannot substantiate, skip that case.

How we selected: three case-only listings with published compatibility information and current purchase availability. Our preference for clearer measurements is editorial judgment. We have not performed drop, water-ingress or disinfectant testing and do not repeat sellers' guarantees that damage is impossible.
